As we face the Covid 19 pandemic together, I wanted to share with you some of my “Tools for the Battle.” We are all hearing about social distancing and good hygiene, however, what can we do, besides stay at home and wash our hands? I am going to share with you what I have learned along the way and what I am doing to help those I love and care about.

First of all, I am having my clients take my liposomal viral support remedy along with one or two other herbal remedies with proven effectiveness against this particular virus. When I say proven, I do NOT mean it’s a CURE. I mean, proven to help your body fight -by :

  1. Resisting the virus’s ability to invade cells
  2. Supporting the lungs, organs and immune system to do their job
  3. Reducing the chance of severe illness and hospitalization

    I recently put out several e-mails and blogs outlining which herbs and oils seemed to help most but if you missed those, here is the list of plant remedies that have shown effectiveness: These can usually be found online

  4. Chinese Skullcap – Scutellaria baicalensis
  5. Japanese Knotweed- Polygonatum cuspidatum
  6. Pueraria ( kudzu)
  7. Glycyrrhiza ( licorice root)
  8. Sambucus ( elder) Leaf ( not berry)
  9. Supportive herbs : cordyceps, angelica sinensis, rhodiola, astragalus, salvia miltiorrhiza, bidens Pilosa, Forsythia suspensa, lonicera japonica, and cinnamon

    ESSENTIAL OILS
  10. Cinnamon
  11. Eucalyptus
  12. Tea Tree
  13. Hyssop Linalool
  14. Ravensare
  15. Melissa
  16. Clove
  17. Thyme

We have also learned that the malaria drug hydroxychloroquine combined with Azithromycin and zinc may be very helpful. Zinc alone is not as helpful. Neither the drugs or the natural remedies have been Fully studied, and proven to be effective in all cases. Hydroxychloroquine and Azithromycin both can have cardiac complications, especially when used together so your doctor will want to get an EKG before treatment begins and monitor you for this.

Hydroxychloroquine is in short supply so you will have a hard time getting your hands on it, and Azithromycin alone just doesn’t seem to be as helpful. So if most of us won’t even have access to these drugs what does that leave for us? This is where plant medicines come in. Herbs and essential oils are much more available, generally safe when taken as directed and have had many good reports of effectiveness. For some, it seems to help completely prevent illness, for others it seems to shorten and lessen symptoms considerably. Preliminary studies coming out of China show that those who combined herbal remedies with pharmaceutical remedies did on average 33% better overall than those who took pharmaceutical remedies alone. This is what I am having my family members and clients do who ask for my help:

  1. Stay out of public places where you may pick this illness up and use good sanitary
    practices.

  2. Take 1-2 TBSP twice daily of Foundations Wellness Viral Support essential oil formula along with supplements l sell like either Thunder Pearls 1 twice daily or Beyond Balance’s IMNV3, 5 drops three times daily. These both contain some of the anti viral herbs mentioned above and have already been used with success.


  3. IF you develop symptoms of fever, dry cough, accompanied by flu like feeling, nausea or diarrhea, take 2 TBSP of the viral support remedy every 3-4 hours while awake and triple the number of Thunder Pearls or IMNV3 you are taking. Reports that I am getting back validate that these things are helping, especially if taken early on or preventatively
    before symptoms ever develop. EARLY INTERVENTION IS BEST!

  4. IF symptoms persist and there is cough, put ½ tsp of either pure nano particle colloidal silver or ½ strength peroxide in a nebulizer and nebulize it 2-4 times daily. Cell Core also makes a great oxygen drops supplement that can be diluted and put into the nebulizer. This gets the anti microbial agent directly to the fine hairs (cilia) of the lungs where the infection is concentrating. I have seen these nebulized liquids help many people to overcome bronchitis, flu and other lung infections rather quickly, the earlier on it’s used the better. I have never heard of any side effects of nebulizing these liquids as long as it is done as directed.

  5. Biocidin throat spray or Foundations Wellness essential oil nasal spray for sore throat, or sinus congestion. This can also help sanitize these areas after you have been out in public. These are favorite herbal remedies, safe, effective and time tested. Some of you have been reading about cytokine storms – the body’s attempt to push the virus out forcefully, causing extreme swelling in the lungs and can result in death. Some of the best herbs to reduce chances of a cytokine storm are : salvia miltiorrhiza, angelica sinensis, astragalus, Japanese knotweed, Scutellaria, cordyceps, kudzu and Essential oils. Newer studies are also showing that Melatonin and high dose Vitamin C or Quercetin can also help stop these Cytokine storms and prevent severity of illness and death. This makes sense because they are good anti oxidants that protect your vital organs.

Of course don’t neglect good nutrition, exercise, and immunity building lifestyle practices that make your body stronger and more able to resist infection. These immune building strategies will help even if you purchased no remedies. Eating organic vegetables and juicing vegetables daily and avoiding alcohol, sugars and junk food which suppress your immune system.

  1. Drinking ½ your weight in ounces of pure filtered water daily- (avoid plastic bottles)

  2. Doing coffee enemas (after taking your Cell Core Tudca PLUS if you have it) to help build your body’s own natural glutathione- a protectant for your lungs. Older people naturally have less glutathione production in their liver and this is one of the reasons they are more vulnerable to harsher illness with covid 19.   3. Avoid environmental toxins that suppress and harm your immune system like plastics, artificial fragrances in body care products and laundry products, and in most non stick cookware. There are many more sources of immune system harming chemicals found in common daily things we use. In time, you will want to change your house over from these toxic chemicals to natural products. Store food in glass containers, use fragrance free products and stainless steel or cast iron cookware.

  4. Diffuse Essential oils of cinnamon, clove, eucalyptus, thyme, rosemary and orange if you have them to get these anti-viral oils into your lungs and bloodstream and also to keep your air as sanitized as you can. You can also apply these oils topically, diluted in a carrier oil. Experts are warning that this will not be the last superbug to go around the world like this. This is a whole other blog post but for now- it should motivate all of us to build healthier immune systems to face whatever may come around next. Having a strong immune system is far better than relying on a vaccine or drug to be developed to cure every new disease that emerges. Combining detox and immune system healing with great anti-viral herbs and oils like those mentioned above are great tools for your battle against COVID 19.
